STRUCTURES & FEES
New Members:
On joining, an enrollment fee of R600.00 is charged to your first payment.
You will receive a session note book with your 1st month and a TSCA cap.
Please note TSCA will have an annual increase come the start of May 2026. All contracts in place over that period will not be affected until their current membership expires and renewed thereafter.
Fees are to be paid by the 25th of each month for the month to follow.
Please note fees for sessions are charged at a different rate when not signing a 6 month membership contract.

Net Hire & Bowling Machine:
Net Hire - R300 per lane per hour
Bowling Machine - R100 per hour
Entry Protocol:
Place cricket bag in the designated areas.
Sanitise hands on entry, greet coaches and fellow students. Head off to bathroom to wash hands.
Return to net area and warm-up before coach instructs which skill set to start with. Review of past weeks experiences are discussed in the warm-up.
No liquids allowed inside the nets.
Bring note book and pen to every 1 to 1 cricket session.

Cash Sessions:
Cash sessions can be arranged, however there is NO GUARANTEE that you will get a fixed day and time slot. Rates for cash sessions are R650.00 per session. Cash sessions are for 60 minutes ONLY. If this commitment suites you best please communicate with TSCA and we will set up the tailormade request to accommodate you. Registration Fee still applies.
Cancellations / Failure To Arrive/ Missing Sessions:
Once a session has been scheduled & confirmed between coach and parent then the cancellation/failure to arrive policies will be in affect.
Scheduled cash lessons cancelled without 24 hours prior notice will be charged a FULL-CHARGE for that affected session.
Cancellation of any sessions made by the student / guardians of the student due to (illness, Covid quarantine, exams, holidays, changes to school schedules) or any other reasons which are out of the control of TSCA and are not considered as sessions to be caught up. This applies to not showing up for sessions.
Sessions cancelled by TSCA or 1 of its respective 1 on 1 coaches WILL BE CAUGHT UP WITH IN 2 WEEKS.
Early Termination Of Membership Contract:
If a membership contract is terminated early by the student / guardian of the student, then a fee of R500.00 for every month remaining on the membership contract will be charged.
Public Holidays & Festive Season:
Please take note that sessions falling on public holiday's will not count as sessions missed and will not result in sessions being caught up.
TSCA will be CLOSING on Friday 14 December 2026.
December 2026 payment to be paid by 25th November 2026 and will consist of 3 sessions and "Not 4 sessions".
TSCA will be OPENING on Wednesday 13 January 2027.
January 2027 payment to be paid by 20th December 2026 and will consist of 3 sessions and "Not 4 sessions".

DEAR PARENTS / PATRONS
Make sure you send your child to training with the right amount of fluids and adequate food taken during the day.
Cricketers to arrive at TSCA in cricket / active training appropriate clothing.
Do not coach your child during the sessions , you have approached TSCA to coach and guide your child in their cricketing pathway.
If your child is suffering from a cold, flu, stomach bug or any other illness please do not attend your lesson. Please contact your relevant coach and advise. This is not only for your child's safety but for the safety of all other students/coaches and families.
Arrival to sessions needs to be 5 to 10 minutes prior to the start of the session to greet and warm up accordingly following all entry protocols.
No cricketer will be allowed to do hard ball (batting or wicket keeping) without all the correct cricketing equipment.
Friends or family staying over or visiting will not be allowed to take part in your child’s session for safety reasons.
Remember if you would like to chat with your respective coach about your child or issues you have identified please do so during your child’s time and not during the other students session time.
Due to safety reasons we like to control who is in the academy nets at any given time and hence a coach may ask you to wait at the entrance side of the academy.
